QUALITY ASSURANCE
There is peace of mind when it comes to building a brand new home with North Ridge. We pride ourselves on a stringent Quality Assurance process that is in place to ensure that there is consistency in each and every one of our completed homes. This rigorous process also guarantees that each of our finished homes are completed to the highest building standard.
Throughout the building journey with North Ridge, we will undertake quality checks at the completion of each stage. Our comprehensive start-to-finish program consists of detailed inspections at ten different stages during the construction process. All homes are required to pass each inspection before construction is allowed to continue. Once your home is built, and before you take possession, our Quality Assurance team conducts a final walk-through inspection detailing over 300 items. Should any deficiencies be noted, they are promptly rectified.
Our Quality Assurance process means that you can be guaranteed of a home that has been built to last. When you do finally move into your brand new home you will know that you have built with the very best.
SERVICE & WARRANTY
Our commitment to you does not end when we hand over the keys to your beautiful new home.
Our skilled Warranty manager will be on hand to assist you with any questions that you may have about your new home. They will also provide you with expert advice on how to keep your home looking as great as it was on the day you and your family moved in.
You will also have the peace of mind of knowing that your home is covered by our one-year comprehensive North Ridge warranty, which includes a New Home Service Appointment performed three months, seven months and one-year after the settlement of your new home.
